Construction features:
- Electro welded steel frame worked on CNC boring machines
- The rolls made out of steel rotate on double row roll bearings, dimensioned, shielded and lubricated for the whole machine life, avoiding the introduction of any dirtiness.
- Plate dragging with motorized central rolls, moved by epicicloydal gear boxes and hydraulic motors acted by double balancing and anti cavitation valve (protecting the system even in cases of carelessness when large plates are introduced.)
- Parallelism check with torsion bars that guarantee: 1) absolute precision of parallelism of the three lower rollers with precision and repeatability lower than 0.5 mm; 2) avoid the zeroing at the working start, common to the electronic systems
- no ordinary lubrication
- hydraulic opening for ferrules extraction, by command placed in the command pulpit
- power transmission by double hydraulic pump, hydraulic system guarded by maximum pressure valve
- Low voltage electric controls, 24 CC
- Safety protection in according to law with included lower rolls hydraulic release system
